         Cool Cucumber Salad

Cucumber Salad:

Ingredients:

 Cilantro

Japanese Cucumbers

Cherry Tomatoes

Himalayan sea Salt & black Pepper 

Olive Oil


 

Equipment:

Cutting Board 
Peeler 

Serrated Knife

Salad bowl

spatula


 

Instructions:

  1. Peel and then cut your cucumbers. (Do not cut it into thin slices, but cut into bite sized pieces)
  2. Take your cilantro and chop into small leaves.
  3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. 
  4.    Now it’s time to mix everything together, so put your cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro in your salad bowl.
  5. Now, mix it with your spatula.
  6. add your salt, olive oil, and pepper, mix it up, and let it marinate for 3-4 hours. It is better to marinate the salad so it can soak up the flavors.
  7.  If you want you can garnish it with something of  your choice (I garnished it with a cilantro leaf) 
  8. Enjoy!
